NCAA said the essence of the investigation was to determine liability and facilitate appropriate resolutions.

The Director of Public Relations and Consumer Protection, NCAA, Mr. Michael Achimugu, disclosed this during an engagement with Kenya Airways and affected passengers over compensation for stolen baggage at the NCAA headquarters in Abuja during the week.

The representatives of Kenya Airways joined virtually.

‎The meeting addressed reports of missing iPhones and other valuables from checked-in luggage on the airline’s flights.

“Investigations are ongoing, and resolutions will be made,” said Achimugu.
