NCAA commends contact staff over dedication

The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has commended its contact staff over their dedication to duty and described them as the backbone of the Authority’s success.

The Deputy General Manager, Public Relations, Mr. Michael Otunumeruke, who represented the Director of Public Affairs and Consumer Protection, Mr. Michael Achimugu, gave this commendation in a keynote address he delivered on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at a one-day Public Relations pep talk organized by the NCAA for its frontline staff at the Port Harcourt Regional Office.

The theme of the pep talk, organized by NCAA in collaboration with SAPTCO Communication Ltd, was “Good Character & Relationship for Maximum Productivity.” It was aimed at promoting efficiency and workplace harmony.

Mr. Michael Otunumeruke urged them to embrace their roles with pride and uphold teamwork, innovation, and good character as ambassadors of the NCAA.

Also in attendance was the Port Harcourt Regional Manager, Mrs. Muo Ame John, who represented the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Capt. Chris Najomo, alongside Mr. Osunkwo Lawrence, regional Head of Human Resources and Administration.
