FANO Terminal CEO installed Eze lhitteowerri

Chief Fabian Emeka Obianigwe, the  respected freight forwarder and licensed customs agent, has been elevated to the enviable stool of the traditional ruler of his community, lhitteowerri Autonomous Community of Orlu, lmo State.

The Proprietor of Fano Bonded Terminal and President of Association of lgbo Maritime Practitioners in Nigeria is now known and addressed as His Royal Highness Eze Ambassador Damian Emeka Obianigwe, KSA, Ezeoha, Obi of lsi Ihiteowerri.

The coronation/Ofala ceremony which came up in the expansive Ezeoha Palace on the 31st of December 2025, was attended by distinguished guests from home and abroad.

Amongst the dignitaries that graced the occasion are: rhe Governor of Imo state ,His Exellency Senator Hope Uzodinma, Past Governors of the State (Achike Udenwa, Ohakim, etc), Honourable (Mr) Jerry Alagbaoso, members of the state executive, distinguished licensed customs agents, bonded terminal operators and business moguls from all over Nigeria and overseas.

All the monarchs within Owerri District, numbering over 30, also graced the occasion.

The Holy Mass was celebrated by the Archbishop of Orlu Dioceses, along with other 20 priests.

As a Knight, members of the Knights of St Mulumba Nigeria were handy to celebrate with HRH, other prominent legislators (state and federal).

Members of the Imo State functionaries, several institutions and organizations, including the echelons of the Association of Igbo Maritime Practitioners in Nigeria – ASIMPIN, Chief Ernest Elochukwu,  President Emeritus of ANLCA; Fwrd Eugene Nweke, former NAGAFF President,  other Chieftains lent their august presence to the occasion.
