Air Force crucial to hosting of Nigeria International Airshow – Keyamo
The Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, says the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) is crucial to the successful hosting of Nigeria International Airshow in 2025.
The minister stated this when the Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Air Marshal Hasan Abubakar, paid a working visit to him in Abuja.
Keyamo commended the Nigerian Air Force’s contributions to national security and emphasized the ministry’s commitment to strengthening its partnership with the NAF.

He noted that this collaboration is pivotal to advancing Nigeria’s aviation sector, pointing out the Nigeria International Airshow will position the country as a key player in global aviation.
During the meeting, Chief of Air Staff Abubakar highlighted ongoing NAF efforts to support national security objectives, particularly in the aviation sector, while exploring avenues for enhanced synergy with the Ministry.
Discussions also covered strategies to optimize resources and technology for effective air defence and airspace management.
