Air Peace to fly West Africa daytime February 2026

Air Peace, effective from February 2, 2026, will transit all regional flight operations from nighttime to daytime, a move designed to enhance its network.

In a statement,.Air Peace said this strategic shift is designed to significantly improve passenger convenience, operational reliability, and regional connectivity, while offering more competitive schedules that align seamlessly with onward domestic, regional, and long-haul departures.

It added that the new daytime structure strengthens its position as the preferred carrier for travel between Nigeria, West Africa, and beyond, delivering improved connectivity from Lagos to key regional markets.

According to the statement, the transition to daytime regional operations will enhance passenger comfort and travel experience, improve schedule reliability and on-time performance, provide stronger connectivity to night-time long-haul departures and support business, government, and leisure travel across West and Central Africa.

“This optimized schedule gives Air Peace a strong competitive advantage over both regional and international carriers operating from Lagos, reinforcing its role as a key enabler of intra-African trade, tourism, and mobility.

“In line with its commitment to expanding Africa-to-Africa connectivity, Air Peace also confirms that additional regional routes are planned to be introduced before the end of the first quarter of operations, including services to:
Douala, Libreville, Kinshasa, Conakry, Bamako, and Johannesburg.
