NAMA bags ISO 9001 Certification and SERVICOM Award
Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA) has been awarded the ISO 9001 Certification in recognition of its commitment to global standards, continuous improvement, safety, and efficient airspace management.
The agency also bagged the SERVICOM Excellence Award, demonstrating its management and staff to quality service delivery.
The NAMA Managing Director/CEO, Engineer Farouq Umar, disclosed this positive development while presenting the two honours to the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, in Abuja.
According to the NAMA boss, “this is a proud moment for NAMA! We celebrate milestones that reflect our collective commitment to excellence, safety, and world-class service delivery.
“The presentation of NAMA’s ISO 9001 Certification and the SERVICOM Excellence Award to our Honourable Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, SAN, is a significant achievement for the Agency.
“The ISO 9001 Certification demonstrates our commitment to global standards, continuous improvement, safety, and efficient airspace management, while the SERVICOM Excellence Award, our first since the inception of SERVICOM in 2004, stands as a strong recognition of the dedication of our staff to quality service delivery.
