NIMASA DG greets Muslims at Eid-Al-Fitr

The Director General of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Dr. Dayo Mobereola, yesterday felicitated the Muslim community in Nigeria and across the maritime sector as they joined the rest of the world to mark the end of Ramadan.

In a statement, Mobereola said this joyous occasion marked the end of Ramadan, a period of reflection, sacrifice, and spiritual renewal.

According to the NIMASA Director General, “On behalf of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), I extend my warmest greetings to the Muslim community in Nigeria and across the maritime sector as we celebrate Eid-Al-Fitr.

“This joyous occasion marks the end of Ramadan, a period of reflection, sacrifice, and spiritual renewal. It is a time to embrace the values of compassion, unity, and generosity, which are essential in fostering harmony and progress in our society.

“At NIMASA, we remain committed to ensuring a safer, more prosperous, and globally competitive maritime sector—one that reflects the resilience and dedication of all stakeholders. As we celebrate, let us continue to uphold the principles of integrity, cooperation, and service to our nation.
