NSC staff Osakwe-Ogo installed as SWAN National Chairperson
The Society of Women Accountants of Nigeria (SWAN), has installed Mrs. Osakwe-Ogo, a staff of Nigerian Shippers’ Council (NSC), as its 12th National Chairperson during an investiture in Lagos.
The investiture was conducted by Mr. Kingsley Anyaeze, who represented the ICAN President, Mallam Haruna Yahaya. Mrs. Osakwe-Ogo was sworn in by legal luminary Jean Chiazor Anishere, SAN.
In his goodwill message, the Executive Secretary/ Chief Executive Officer of Nigerian Shippers’ Council, Dr. Akutah Pius, MON, commended SWAN for promoting women’s interests in the accounting profession.

In her acceptance speech, Mrs. Osakwe-Ogo thanked the leadership of the Council for their support and also pledged to expand SWAN’s reach through collaborations during her two-year tenure and urged members to support her leadership.
