We’ve commenced sale of petroleum crude to Dangote Group in Naira – NPA MD
The Managing Director of Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), Dr. Abubakar Dantsoho says the implementation of the Federal Government’s directive on the sale of crude oil and petroleum products to Dangote Refinery in Naira has started.
The Managing Director disclosed this at the inter-agency stakeholders meeting on the One-Stop-Shop (OSS) for the initiative at the NPA headquarters in Lagos.
Dantsoho said: “We are poised to collaborate and provide the efficiencies necessary to deliver on this national imperative of ensuring the availability of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) and other petroleum products.

“We are also setting up a One-Stop Shop that will coordinate service provision from all regulatory, and security agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth implementation of this initiative”.
Dantsoho added that “This is in line with the directive of Nigerian Government for the One-Stop-Shop to be domiciled with the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA).”
The One-Stop Shop comprises representatives from NPA, Nigerian Navy, NNPC Limited, Dangote Group, Federal Inland Revenues Service, Nigeria Customs Service, NIMASA, and NDLEA.
A top official from the NPA Marine & Operations Directorate Ms. Maureen Ogbonna Is its focal person.
