Retreat: NPA staff sign Performance Bond

The management staff of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) have signed a Performance Bond reinforcing their commitment to operational excellence geared towards achieving the priorities of the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the nation’s maritime sector.

This strategic initiative underscores NPA’s dedication to improving efficiency, customer satisfaction, and long-term sustainability in Nigeria’s port system.

This was a fallout of a two-day Management Retreat themed – Repositioning the Nigerian Ports System for Sustainability – organised by the NPA under the leadership of Dr. Abubakar Dantsoho, the Managing Director.

The retreat focused on reviewing and optimizing operational processes to enhance service delivery.

At the retreat, the management staff undertook a Business Process Re-engineering to identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies, ensuring a more customer-centric approach.
