The President of Badagry Chamber of Commerce Industry Mines and Agriculture (BACCIMA), Alhaji Yahaya Oladiran Idris, has pledged that the Chamber will work tirelessly to create an enabling environment for traders – importers and exporter – in 2026.

BACCIMA President made this pledge in a statement in Lagos welcoming BACCIMA members and all Nigerians into the year 2026.

Alhaji Yahaya Oladiran Idris noted that the new year comes with new opportunities as well as new challenges including the evolving tax reform landscape, assuring Nigerians that the Chamber remains fully committed to stand with its members and traders across Lagos-Abidjan Trade Corridor.

“Be assured that BACCIMA remains fully committed to standing with you, guiding you, and providing the support, advocacy, and practical engagements needed to help your businesses adapt, comply, and grow confidently.

“From capacity-building programmes and policy engagements to business clinics, trade opportunities, and strategic partnerships, we will continue to work tirelessly to create an enabling environment for your success,” said he, expressing optimism that the continued partnership would bring greater opportunities, stronger business expansion, innovation and prosperity.

He thanked partners you for being part of the BACCIMA family, saying “As we step into a new year 2026, I want to sincerely thank you for your unwavering support, commitment, and trust in BACCIMA throughout the past year 2025.

“Your active participation in our programs, resilience, and belief in the Chamber continue to strengthen our collective voice, impact and responsibilities.

“Together, we will navigate this year with purpose, unity, and progress.”
