Eid Mubarak: MWUN PG felicitates Muslims

The President -General of Maritme Workers’ Union of Nigeria (MWUN), Comrade Francis Bunu Abi, has rejoiced with Muslims in Nigeria and across the world as they celebrate Eid Mubarak.

Comrade Francis Bunu Abi praised the Muslims in the country for their resilience, tolerance, and love towards one another in spite of the wave of insecurity and hardship in the country.

In his message, the labour leader also noted that against all odds, Muslims have kept their belief in Allah whose benevolence has been sufficient for them.

The MWUN PG admonished Nigerians to remain steadfast while appreciating the resolve of the Federal Government of Nigeria under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu towards repositioning the country and the genuine efforts in fighting the insecurity and inflation in the country.

He urged the government of all tiers to look into the plights of Nigerians towards alleviating their living standards which, he said, is very below average.

He prayed “the spirit of Eid Mubarak as Muslims and entire Nigerians celebrate today will usher in the desired peace. The desired change surely will bring about the expected positive for the people of Nigeria.”
