Yuletide: NRC slashes rail tickets by 50%

Nigerian Railway Corporation, on the directive of the Federal Government, has slashed all rail service tickets nationwide by 50% during this yuletide.

The reduction, according to the Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC), which takes effect from 23rd December to 4th January 2026, is to allow Nigerians travel comfortably during this yuletide.

NRC said the reduction is in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda of the Federal Government under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
